The 1960s were the hay day of the concrete garages; at its peak Grimston garages of Queensbury were producing 100 garages a week. John became very wealthy and successful. Unfortunately he died in 1971 after an accident on his boat, he left a wife and young family.

The company still with the famous Grimston name changed hands and was eventually taken over by a larger national company Nucrete (of Pudsey nor Leeds) in 1980.

Using all our experience with garage manufacture,k repair and renovation it became apparent that there was a need for a quality asbestos removal service in Bradford, Leeds, Keighley, Huddersfield, Halifax and Wakefield.

We took the decision to qualify and gain certification in asbestos removal and this side of our business soon became a major part of our services.

Having perfected our Asbestos removal system and processes's we soon found that more and more people in West Yorkshire replied on us for asbestos removal.
